Prepare images for your website

Resize and compress a batch of JPG, PNG or WebP images, choose an output format and inspect every result before publishing. Free, in your browser, without an upload.

    Choose a practical display width

Start with the width your layout needs rather than the width of the camera original. A wide hero image, an article image and a small product card often need different dimensions. Enter the largest width you intend to publish; the tool preserves proportions and never enlarges a smaller original.

    Compare real output sizes

A smaller pixel width often reduces bytes, but PNG output or a high JPEG/WebP quality setting can still make a file larger. Each result shows the original dimensions, new dimensions and actual file sizes. Inspect sharp text, fine detail and transparent edges before replacing an existing site image.

Pick a format that fits the image

WebP and JPEG allow adjustable lossy quality; PNG is a lossless encoding of the newly resized pixels and does not use the quality slider. JPEG cannot keep transparent pixels, so choose a background color for transparent images. Re-encoding may discard EXIF metadata and color profiles. Keep your originals as a separate backup.

    How to use the batch

Choose up to thirty images, select a maximum width and output format, then process them locally, one at a time. Download individual results or a combined ZIP when the output batch is under ninety megabytes. Files over thirty megabytes or thirty-two megapixels receive an error; browser memory can impose a lower practical limit on phones. A responsive srcset set needs multiple tested sizes and HTML matched to your layout, so this tool deliberately produces one size per input.

    Common questions

    Does it upload my images?

No. Image bytes are read and saved inside your browser. Normal website scripts and, after approval, advertising are separate from image processing.

Is the smallest file always the best choice?

No. Compare visual detail at the display size, especially faces, text and hard edges.

Can I use this for animated images?

No. This tool is for still JPG, PNG and WebP images; animations are not preserved.
